Pet urine can be one of the most difficult issues to deal with. ALL CLEAN USA has the expertise to deal with the most severe urine contamination problems successfully. Pet urine creates an unhealthy and unsanitary environment because of bacterial decay of the biological wastes in the urine. Finding all of the spots can be very difficult. We use UV light to completely identify all of the areas that need treatment. Urine deposits become concentrated and using ordinary cleaning methods make them worse as water is added to the concentrated salts making the odors worse after cleaning than before. In most cases we use special acid based surfactants to break down the urine salts in the carpet, carpet backing and pad. Once broken down we completely flush the urine from the subfloor, pad, and carpet with a special tool called the Water Claw. After the flushing we apply a special deodorizer designed to kill bacteria and deodorize the carpet. In especially severe cases it might be necessary to seal the sub floor, remove and replace the carpet pad then clean and sanitize the back and top of the carpet to successfully address the contamination.
